Withdrawal Form

1. Scope of Withdrawal

You can use this form to withdraw from orders within 14 days from receipt of the goods.

2. Order Eligibility

This form applies to all orders placed via our online store. There is no minimum order value requirement for exercising your withdrawal right.

3. Orders in Transit

If your order is already in transit, it may still be delivered. You can exercise your right of withdrawal and return the goods after delivery within the 14-day period.

4. Return of Goods & Refund

After submitting this withdrawal form, we will confirm your withdrawal via email. You must return the goods to our address at __________ within 14 days from sending your withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated in applicable terms. We will refund you for the goods returned within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal form, as long as we receive the goods back or an evidence that you have sent back the goods to us. Such evidence is, for example, a postal or courier receipt showing the above address and the date of dispatch or a drop off receipt from a parcel shop or collection point.

5. Condition of Returned Goods

You may handle and inspect the goods only as necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning. You may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.

6. CO₂ Subscription / Cylinders

For CO₂ subscription products, separate return obligations apply. Any remaining CO₂ cylinders must be returned within 90 days of withdrawal, otherwise a charge of €25 per missing cylinder will be applied. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal for the main order

7. Completeness of Information

Please enter all required information completely and correctly to allow us to process your withdrawal request.

8. Exceptions / Partial Orders

If you are withdrawing only part of your order, please select “Partial order” and specify which items are being returned.
